4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).
Payment must be completed before order processing (for prepaid orders).
We are not responsible for transaction failures due to banking issues.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery time is typically 3–5 working days within Pakistan.
Delivery delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.
6. Exchange & Refund
Exchanges are only allowed for defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 3 days of delivery.
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
Refunds are only applicable if the ordered item is out of stock after payment confirmation.
