Exchange Policy
We only offer exchanges under the following conditions:
The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
The exchange request is made within 3 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Important Notes:
Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
Items purchased during promotional offers are non-exchangeable.
Delivery charges may apply for exchanges unless the mistake was from our side.
If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be offered (if applicable).
Refund Policy
We offer refunds only in the following situation:
If the ordered item is out of stock after payment has been made.
Please Note:
Refunds are not applicable for change of mind.
Refunds are not offered due to size issues.
Refunds will not be provided for sale or discounted items.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via:
Original payment method, or
Bank transfer (if applicable)
