Return & Refund Policy

At Bin Najams, we want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be in the same condition as delivered.
  • Unworn or unused, with all tags attached.
  • In its original packaging.
  • A genuine reason for return must be provided, such as:
    • You received a different size than what you ordered.
    • You received a different design than what you ordered.
    • The product arrived damaged, torn, or broken.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to Request a Return

Note: Please contact us before sending any item back. We will provide the instructions and the return address.

If your return is approved, you will be responsible for delivering the parcel to us. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products (beauty, hygiene items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have. After your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement product.

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed to your provided payment method within 3 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If more than 7 business days have passed since the approval of your return and you have not received your refund, contact us at support@binnajams.com.
