We offer a 7-day return policy. Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and must have a genuine reason for return such as wrong size, wrong design, or damaged product.

Yes. Customers are responsible for delivering the return parcel to our provided address unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item).


4. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 3 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.


5. Can I exchange an item?

Yes. You can exchange an item by returning the original product first. After your return is accepted, you can place a new order.


6. Which items are non-returnable?

Sale items, gift cards, beauty products, custom/personalized goods, and hazardous materials cannot be returned.

8. Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?
